Beats from the Big Apple
Born and raised in New York City, PmF has spent the last nine years carving out his space in the music scene. Starting at underground events in Brooklyn, PmF worked alongside local hip hop and R&B artists across various venues in and around NYC. His hip hop roots have led him to more recently open for popular NYC hip hop artists Kyle Richh, Bay Swag, Gosha Guppy, Dianny Dior, and more.
Pardon my French then obtained a residency at The Rathskeller in New York, where a deep love for house music ignited. This passion for the energetic vibes of the dance floor solidified PmF’s commitment to a career in music. Now in NYC, PmF has featured at venues such as Somewhere Nowhere, Music for a While, Mr Purple, Jolene Sound Room Bk and others, Musica performing captivating house sets.
With a diverse background that includes French, Canadian, and Italian roots, PmF brings an enriched perspective to music. As a native New Yorker, PmF has an unmatched understanding of the city’s pulse, which is reflected in his eclectic sound. PmF has seamlessly blended his hip-hop roots and skills into his house music approach. This fusion allows PmF to create unique blends, moving through sounds that range from afro house, deep house, to minimal techno, disco house, upbeat groove, constantly striving to expose his audience to new music, fun edits, or old tracks they never knew existed.
Pardon my French’s mission is to make people dance and enjoy life. Through his music, and aims to foster connection and joy on the dance floor, celebrating the power of rhythm and community.
